For our internal workforce, SGH Redglaze Holdings, Inc. offers an automated SMS notification system via Acumatica ERP to coordinate daily operations, dispatch schedules, and critical system alerts. By opting into this program, participating employees agree to the following conditions:

  • Program Description: The SMS program is strictly utilized for transactional and operational workforce coordination.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on active work orders, dispatch queues, and system events.
  • Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.
  • Opt-Out (STOP): You may opt out of the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message received from our system. After sending the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Assistance (HELP): If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact our IT Department directly.
  • Carrier Liability: Carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Limitation of Liability
